.BIZ EXCEEDS A HALF MILLION REGISTRATIONS IN FIRST MONTH

U.S., Europe and Asia Registrations Reflect Strong Global Demand

Sterling, VA, December 13, 2001 - NeuLevel, Inc., the exclusive registry operator of .BIZ, the top-level domain for businesses worldwide, said today that just over one month after going live with its service, it has exceeded 500,000 registered domain names.

"We are very pleased with the strong response we have seen during our first month," said Doug Armentrout, CEO of NeuLevel, Inc. "The need for a domain dedicated solely to business is strongly supported by the demand that we've seen. Companies of all sizes, all around the world have registered and are using their .BIZ web addresses."

Registrations for .BIZ addresses reflect strong international demand for the domain. Almost 50% of .BIZ registrations have come from outside the United States in over 205 countries around the world. 33% of total registrations are in Europe, and 11% in the Asia Pacific region.

.BIZ went live on November 7, 2001. Registrations are accepted by more than 90 .BIZ-accredited registrars and thousands of resellers. For a complete list of .BIZ-accredited registrars, visit: www.neulevel.biz.
